Beach Dreams Package
(Ceremony Only - 30 guests max)

Semi-private. Only scheduled within 6 months, at times when other guests are at the resort. Typically weekdays (Mon-Thur). Cannot be booked beyond 6 months.

Cocktail hour/dinner  - $400
This is a nice way to continue the celebration for an hour or two after the ceremony and engage your guests while you take photos. We’ll set up a beautiful beachside cocktail hour or dinner for you! Food and alcohol are additional, but our staff can help you make arrangements. Our caterers have a 25 person minimum, but if your group is less than that, you’re welcome to bring your own food/drinks. See our microwedding catering packages

Sunset Dreams Package
(Ceremony & Reception - 50 guests max)

Semi-private (50 guest max). Only scheduled within 6 months, at times when other guests are at the resort. Typically weekdays (Mon-Thur), but some weekend dates may be available. Cannot be booked beyond 6 months.

• Everything included in the Beach Dreams Package (above)

• 2 night stay for the wedding couple in our honeymoon suite, Treetops. Check in the night before your wedding.

• Use of our beautiful beaches or pier location for up to 5 hours for waterfront reception (catering additional, see below)

• Event manager

• All chairs, tables, and white tablecloths for your waterfront reception

• Bluetooth speakers

• A cooler with ice

• Various non-floral decor items, including centerpieces, for up to 50 guests

• Dressing room for the wedding couple in the honeymoon suite

  “Month of” planning - $2500. Our event manager will oversee everything on the day of your event, but our in house planning team can coordinate all the details for you!

  Accommodations - Add accommodations in individual cottages for your guests, based on availability and seasonal rates. See our cottages.

  Deposit & Payments: A refundable deposit of $1000 is required to reserve (the deposit is applied to your balance). This deposit is refundable up to 30 days prior to the event. Semi-private maximum is 50 guests. Exceeding the maximum guest amount will result in a higher site fee of $3,000. The balance is due 30 days prior to the event. We give you a payment link, which you may use at any time to pay towards your balance. We can also set up a payment plan upon request.

  Holidays and high demand dates will be higher. The rates above are the full contract rates rounded off to the nearest whole number. The only additional fee is for required event liability and cancellation insurance, which is approximately $300-350 based on our average microwedding wedding cost. Rates are subject to change without notice.

Tropical Dreams Package
(Midweek Ceremony & Reception - 50 guests max)

Fully Private. Scheduled anytime. This package is a full-buyout of the resort for a minimum of 2 nights between Monday - Thursday.

• The whole property, all to yourselves, just you and your guests, for ceremony and up to 5 hr waterfront reception (catering additional, see below)

• 3 days/2 nights accommodations in all 5 cottages, including the honeymoon suite, Treetops

• Officiant

• Event manager

• Choice of 2 post bamboo or hexagon arbor with cloth draping

Your guests can pay towards the accommodations. We hold them in your name and credit payments to your invoice, reducing your overall package price. We will send you an invoice showing the accommodation costs and a payment link your guests can use.
